I have written hundreds of poems. Sometimes, like magic the words seem to flow, but other times there is a struggle and I must use my English skills to make the poem presentable. In this poem “Your Poem Needs a Touch Up” I use the tools of art to edit a poem. Though painting and writing are different talents, they some how both follow creative steps to a masterpiece.
