When the messenger
Shines forth its light
On the Eve of Christmas night
Stars shine brightly
All aboard the dark blue sky
Ships pass the planets by
A courier has served its message
Among the stars
It’s the Birth of Christ
Taken place in a land from afar
“Merry Christmas,” cries the Lord
Across all those among galaxies
“The Birth of my son
Is of my love and peace”
Away goes the evangelist
Into the heavens above
For another year of forgiveness and trust
The dark blue sky makes its dock
All the twinkling passengers leave
It is not time to forget, but to believe
