On the days when you can’t write
Look and analyze your life
What you could do better
In a world that won’t last forever
Maybe you could take a stack of cards
Pull out all the queen of hearts
Hide the aces from those who frown
Just like the joker
Who tries to bring you down
You will have the power
To win that impossible card game
And those who discourage
Will live their lives in shame
Because you
As an everyday human being
Is no longer in fear
Of missing any spades
Because you have discovered
That you are
“The Jack of All Trades.”
