My intended audience for this poem maybe for children, but I believe that adults could relate to its’ message. The poem is written in part limerick/cinquain or a five-line stanza. It is the same format as “The Scarecrow” poem, which is found under the “Poems/Halloween & Fall” tab. This poem “The Stolen Jelly Beans” is found under the “Poems/Easter & Spring” tab. I use “The Scarecrow” character in this poem as well. I guess all holidays and seasons are connected if you believe they are. Happy Easter!
